These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vita & Health LLC website, online store, dietary supplements, wellness products, testing kits, subscriptions, and related services.

By accessing the website, placing an order, registering a testing kit, submitting a sample, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently place an order, register a testing kit, submit a biological sample, or purchase a subscription.

A parent or legal guardian may purchase or register an eligible service for a minor where permitted by applicable law and laboratory policy.

 

Orders

All orders are subject to:

Product availability.
Payment authorization.
Order verification.
Shipping restrictions.
Laboratory requirements.
Acceptance by Vita & Health LLC.

Vita & Health LLC may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, or unauthorized resale activity.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and Product Information

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, ingredients, packaging, labels, photographs, and testing formats may change without notice.

Product photographs and report images may be illustrations, sample reports, or digital mockups. Actual products, packaging, kit materials, charts, and laboratory reports may differ.

Customers should review the physical product label and instructions before use.

 

Testing Kits and Samples

Customers must follow all sample collection, labeling, storage, registration, packaging, and mailing instructions.

Customers may submit only:

Their own biological sample.
A minor’s sample when legally authorized as the parent or guardian.
Another person’s sample when legally valid authorization has been obtained.

Samples that are insufficient, contaminated, incorrectly labeled, improperly collected, or submitted without required information may be rejected or require recollection.

Additional replacement-kit, recollection, shipping, or retesting charges may apply.

 

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and frequency disclosed during checkout until canceled.

Cancellation must be requested before the next billing or order-processing date. Orders that have already been charged, processed, packed, shipped, or submitted for fulfillment may not be canceled.

 

Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, graphics, product names, designs, reports, layouts, videos, and educational materials are owned by or licensed to Vita & Health LLC.

These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially used without written permission.

 

Third-Party Services

Vita & Health LLC may use independent laboratories, manufacturers, payment processors, shipping carriers, website providers, and other third-party service providers.

Limitation of Liability

Shipping-carrier delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings will be handled in the appropriate courts located in King County, Washington.
