Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days after order processing.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, address problems, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Shipping Area
Vita & Health LLC currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping Charges
Eligible orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes receive free standard shipping.
Eligible orders below $150 are charged a flat $5 standard shipping fee.
Shipping Delays
If Vita & Health LLC cannot ship an order within the stated processing period, we may notify the customer and provide the option to:
Accept a revised shipping date; or
Cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping or replacement expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information may be provided by email when available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately.
Delivered Packages
After a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, the customer is generally responsible for the package.
Vita & Health LLC may assist with a carrier investigation but does not guarantee a replacement or refund for a package correctly delivered to the address provided.
This limitation does not apply when there is:
A verified carrier misdelivery.
A shipping or address error caused by Vita & Health LLC.
Verified damage occurring before delivery.
Another circumstance requiring a remedy under applicable law.
