How It Works
Collect your hair sample by following the instructions provided with the kit.
Complete the HTMA form.
Place the sample and completed form in the sample return envelope and send it as instructed.
Results are typically available about 1–2 weeks after Vita & Health receives your sample.
After your results are delivered, we will help schedule your complimentary consultation within one week.
Important: Follow all instructions included with your kit. The required sample amount and collection method are provided in the kit instructions.
Shipping, Returns & Support
HTMA orders include a sample return envelope. Confirm postage, addressing, and return instructions from the materials included with your kit or contact customer support before sending your sample.
Testing kits are generally final sale. Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped kits should be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
